Glowing at Glow American Salon

I always find having to find a new hairdresser a little stressful! You never know what you are going to get and after one to many bad experiences leaving me look more like I had just had a trip to the poodle than a hair salon I get very nervous. Im sure anyone can relate.

Luckily today was not one of those days! I visited Glow American Salon at their new branch in West Bay Lagoon. They are set up in a very new villa – a little difficult to find if you don’t know the area, but that goes for any new villa in Doha! First impressions were great, lovely entrance way and funky gold and silver sleek decor.
Enter the awesome hair stylist Melissa…. She listened intently to everything I had to say about my hair cut and color, added her professional advice and got right down to work.

Magazines in hand I relaxed with a coffee and soaked up the vibes. An hour and a half later, and after a fabulous head massage while rinsing my hair, I was done. What a great job!

The only downside – their coffee, they really need to get a machine and not use what tastes like instant!
